Terms of service

These terms govern the relationship between Soznikar and the buyer. Soznikar is the operating name of Kashmiri Soznikar FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by RAKEZ (E-Commerce Licence No. 45002397; General Trading Licence No. 7005716), Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

What is sold

Hand-loomed Kashmiri Pashmina Ghutras, each one of one, signed and numbered. Because every piece is hand-made, small natural variations from the photographs are intrinsic to the cloth and are not defects.

Orders and pricing

Prices are quoted in UAE dirham. An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when payment is captured and the confirmation email is sent. Soznikar may decline an order that is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of fraud, and will refund in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via the methods enabled (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara). Card details are not stored by Soznikar.

Returns

See the Refund Policy: a fourteen-day return on unworn pieces in original packaging; damaged, defective, or not-as-described pieces covered without time limit; made-to-order pieces final sale after a forty-eight-hour cancellation window.

Liability and governing law

Soznikar's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits the buyer's statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
